The Beechfield B640 is a snapback trucker cap that offers a blend of style and functionality. This cap is made with a 100% cotton front panel and peak, combined with 100% polyester mesh back panels, ensuring breathability and comfort. Its 5-panel design and pre-curved peak add to its trendy look.

Dimension and sewing guidelines

Make sure text and lines have a minimum height of 0.25" (6.4 mm) and a thickness of 0.05" (1.3 mm) for standard stitches.

For lines thinner than the minimum requirement, a running stitch will be used.

Design and color choice

Choose embroidery-specific designs, as complex graphics suitable for Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing may not translate well to embroidery.

Use vector images in PDF format or PNG files with a resolution of at least 150 DPI. Choose designs with solid shapes and colors rather than photographic images.

Use solid colors and designs, filling in any empty space to maintain the integrity of the edges.

Avoid distressed or textured graphics.

Use small, simple designs on thin garments to ensure quality and durability. Large, intricate embroidery designs require a high stitch count, potentially stressing delicate fabrics.

Design your embroidery slightly larger than desired. The embroidery process involves stretching the garment, resulting in a final design that is slightly smaller than the submitted file.

File and stitch count control

Use a transparent background whenever possible.

Minimize background elements in large areas to stay within the stitch count limit. If a background is necessary, consider scaling down the graphic by up to 50%.

Care instructions

General	To maintain its shape and colour, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
Wash	Hand wash gently in cold water with mild detergent.
Dry	Lay it flat to dry; avoid using a dryer.
Iron	If needed, iron on a low setting with a cloth in between.
